A wonderful, quiet place filled with enchanting aromas. Karen and Karim were so hospitable and caring during our amazing stay at La Maison des Ailleurs. It's a 10-minute drive from Essauira. If you're planning a trip to Marocco, choose this place. Agata & Krzysiek

We came back after visiting years ago, drawn by the gracious hosts and their extraordinary places. They really think about what will make things best for their guests. It feels like a little piece of heaven, perhaps the most amazing venue in Essaouira, maybe even all of Morocco. Have no doubt!

A unique, lovely place to switch off and relax. The owners are lovely too. 😀

We had a great stay at this small hotel with just two rooms. It's the kind of quiet place where you can spend days and properly unwind. For once in Morocco, we weren't woken very early by an imam shouting. Our room was spacious, fully equipped and beautifully decorated, with a wonderful bed. The pool was lovely and big enough for swimming laps. The property is in complete tranquility, about a 15-minute drive from the beach and Essaouira. One evening we had a wonderful dinner cooked by Karim, the owner. We'll definitely come back.
