The ride took us through countryside, forest, and along the beach, and the plants and trees Lishan pointed out made it even more interesting. He was helpful, proactive, and spoke French and English fluently. When I spotted camels in the forest, he changed the route on the spot so we could ride past them. I booked this horseback adventure and had a great time.

The people were polite, the horses were lovely, and the scenery was beautiful, but I had the worst riding experience I’ve had. I’d told the guide I wanted a calm horse, but also that we both wanted to gallop. My horse wouldn’t even trot, and the guide kept saying “coup de talon” over and over to make it go faster. I would have enjoyed it more if we’d been allowed to go at the horse’s pace instead of feeling pressured. My partner nearly fell when she was trying to gallop because the guide came too close to give instructions. Later, when she was galloping fine, he kept shouting directions instead of letting her enjoy it. He seemed well intentioned, but the instructions came at the wrong time, in the middle of things, and weren’t explained clearly beforehand. Maybe his English wasn’t good, but it would have helped to have someone there who spoke it better, since we often couldn’t understand the shouted instructions. For these reasons, the experience wasn’t good for us.

We did quad biking and horse riding in one afternoon. Mohamed and aziz were super nice, the horses seemed well cared for, looked good, and were really good to ride. The quad was in good shape too. The place was neat and really nice, with welcoming, friendly people. Would recommend!!!!! Thx.
