The views were sublime, and the staff were amazing and super helpful. The hotel is perfectly located inside the old medina, but the place itself was tiny. We had the two-bedroom mini house, and the stairs were horribly difficult to climb. There was a huge hole in the kitchen wall for the gas boiler air duct, which meant it was always cold up there. The shower was so small you could barely move around.

The owner serves tasty pastilla’s and tea on the pretty rooftop terrace, a lovely spot to stop and rest. There's shade and nice views up there, so don't miss it :)

The rooftop terrace was lovely for relaxing, even though the sunset view is partly blocked. Breakfast, which we'd heard a lot about, lived up to the talk. It was fresh, flavorful, and served with care. We stayed one night at Casa Meftah Blue and had a really pleasant visit. The room was clean and comfortable, with a small kitchenette and working appliances. It wasn't spacious, but worked perfectly for a short stay. The hotel is a little way up the hill, so there's a short walk to get there. The staff stayed in touch and, when we arrived by car, sent two guys to carry our bags up, a thoughtful gesture. It's a good idea to tip them. If you want a truly stunning sunset, take the short hike to the mosque in the mountains. We had a great stay, with friendly service, clean accommodations, and good food in the heart of Chefchaouen. I'd recommend it to other visitors to the Blue City.

We had a memorable stay at Casa Meftah Blue, with welcoming staff and thoughtful touches throughout. Our two-bedroom apartment gave us plenty of room, and I think it would suit couples wanting extra space or families travelling with kids. It also had a kitchenette, washing machine, and coffee maker. The beds were comfortable, the rooms spacious, and the central location was handy. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the terrace views were breathtaking.
