We’ve stayed here twice. The staff are very friendly, the room was clean, and the beds made for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was great, and it’s only a short walk to the Médina.

Beautiful hotel, even lovelier people. The two gentlemen were so kind and helpful, and both the staff and facilities were excellent. Much appreciated!

The breakfast was poor, the cleaning staff seemed unskilled, and even the manager dealt with things unprofessionally. What really shocked me was finding that my belongings had been searched and some items were missing. Then, after a small accidental stain on two small towels, I was charged €40 in a very unpleasant, aggressive way. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. I had a very disappointing stay and can't recommend this hotel.

It's a luxurious, elegant place, and I was really happy with my stay. Everything was very clean, the food was delicious, and the service was friendly. I'd recommend it.
