The reception staff, Abraham and Mouad, were so kind and took excellent care of us. They guided us around the riad and outside it, and explained the main tourist spots in the city. Our suite had an amazing balcony view that took our breath away, and the riad itself was beautiful and impeccably clean, right in the heart of the medina. We absolutely loved it and highly recommend it. We’ll be back next year with our whole family.

The Riad is charming, tucked into the blue streets of Chefchaoun, and very quiet. Our balcony looked out over the mountains and town. Abraham was a wonderful host who gave us great recommendations for restaurants and sights. I was very glad he and the couriers were there to greet us and carry our luggage up the many flights of stairs on the street and in the hotel.

When we got caught in the rain, the staff brought hot tea to our room. Such a thoughtful touch. Everyone was kind, attentive, and genuinely warm throughout our wonderful stay at Riad El Palacio. Our room was spotless and beautifully maintained, and breakfast each morning was fresh and satisfying. We’d definitely stay again. 💙

We had a very positive experience at Riad El Palacio. Our room was clean and cozy, the staff were friendly and helped with our luggage, and breakfast was tasty. One suggestion for the city department responsible for tourism: every hotel should have city maps for visitors. Please print a map like that.

Moad made this Riad special for us, on top of its lovely atmosphere. He was a wonderful host, arranging to have our luggage brought from the street about 2-3 blocks away and bringing breakfast to our room. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, and the breakfast was great. It’s right in the medina, but lovely and quiet.
