I’m devastated by how little basic hospitality was shown. My father got sick, so a month before the trip I asked to cancel because my family couldn’t come to Morocco. The hotel ignored every cancellation request, including requests for a 50% or even 20% refund. Meanwhile, my Airbnb booking in Casablanca and the hotel from booking.com in Marrakech were both fully refunded. Very, very unprofessional.

It’s in a quiet neighborhood with a great view. We parked at the Ryad and enjoyed walking to the Medina. I’d highly recommend staying here, and I’ll come back with guests.

The rooms are really nice and the service is excellent. You’ll need a taxi to go anywhere, but they’re available and inexpensive.

I definitely recommend this very nice hotel if you’re in Rabat. The rooms are big and nice, the service is very good, and there’s a nice garden.
