It’s only a short trip to the airport, and the price is about 30 euros a night. That includes a good, generous breakfast. The staff are friendly and speak Arabic, French, Spanish, and English. It’s not an expensive hotel.

The best thing is how close it is to Dakhla Airport. The rooms are clean, though not especially comfortable, and the Wi-Fi can be tricky at times. It’s a pretty average hotel.

There was a constant compressor noise in the room, and it was extremely loud. The staff were friendly, though. It wasn’t the best hotel I could imagine.

I’d give it three stars only because it’s one of just three places in the area where you can get drinks to take away. It’s owned by the only licensed alcohol supplier in Dakhla and the region. As for the accommodation and everything else, forget it.

It’s fine for a few nights. At least there’s hot water and Wi-Fi...
