The place feels safe and peaceful, and it’s kept fairly clean. You can get straight to the beach, by the beach pool. The pool area could use better upkeep, including the green space and showers, and the pool itself needs maintenance. There isn’t much lively entertainment by the pool during the day, and the water has too much chlorine.

This was one of the first residences in the Mansouria area, and it was designed with families and children in mind. It has helped the village develop socially and economically. In 2025, women took over the condominium association board. President Nawal wants to keep the residence family-oriented.

Palmbeach Mansouria has direct beach access, and the beach area is child-friendly, so families can enjoy it safely. The green surroundings and tall palm trees make for a relaxing setting, and the air feels fresh and pleasant. A lovely coastal place to unwind.
