The View Bouznika

The three day wellness event was a highlight. Specialists helped attendees relax, and we enjoyed good food and the cold weather while staying warm. At The View Bouznika, the staff made us feel welcome right away. Check-in was easy, and we were quickly shown to a spotless, spacious room with an elegant design. Everyone we met, from housekeeping to the concierge, was courteous, professional, and ready to help. They also made adjustments for our baby’s needs, which meant a lot to us as a family.

Saad, the Reception Manager, made sure we were well looked after from the start. He personally followed up on our questions, saw that everything went smoothly, and checked in with us during the stay. His professionalism showed in how he led the front desk team, which ran seamlessly. Nothing seemed like too much trouble. The whole Reception team was respectful and polite, and always greeted our baby. We felt valued throughout. The care, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality made the hotel experience excellent. Saad deserves recognition for his service.

The hotel itself was beautiful, but the staff were atrocious. They shut off the air conditioning throughout the hotel, and despite asking several times for a fan, I was ignored. When I complained at checkout, a front desk employee, Moud, verbally assaulted me. I later sent a letter describing what happened and asking for compensation, but they refused. The staff seemed untrained and rude, and nobody cared about guests or their experience. We paid $2200 a night for their nicest suite and couldn’t sleep because it was excessively hot, 23.5C. Do not go to this hotel.

Jihane, the F&B manager, stood out for her professionalism and leadership. She personally engages with customers and makes people feel welcome and valued. She also makes sure guests are cared for, and her management clearly helps the service run smoothly. Her presence really improves the dining experience.
