I don't know why some people have left poor reviews. Everything was excellent, from the strict and secure entrance porter to the really nice reception staff. The breakfast and other food were great too. Our room was super clean, and so were the garden, terraces, and pool. We can definitely recommend it. For Europeans, the bar and restaurant have beer, cocktails, and wine. The area is well protected, with no people or strangers wandering around who aren't guests. After all that driving, it was lovely to have a comfortable hotel instead of another riad. We chose this one because of our early flight. The rooms were superb, the beds comfy, the food had a great mix, and the service was fantastic. Our flight was at 715. We left at 550 and reached the airport by 6, which worked out because printed boarding passes meant people had to queue. The plane took off early once everyone had boarded. I loved Royal Air Maroc service 👌

I'm glad I picked this hotel 👍😁. Everything was nice and new, and there's a big parking area. When we arrived, the boy at reception helped carry our luggage up to the room. It was clean and nice, and they brought us a plate of cake 💕. We ate dinner at the hotel because we couldn't find a good restaurant outside, and it was good. Thanks to all the staff, you're very friendly 😁🙏.

From the security guard and porter to the receptionist and waiter, everyone showed outstanding hospitality and service. It was a very pleasant stay, a peaceful place where you can really feel at ease, with high standards, good food (Moroccan dishes are the best choice), and secure guarded parking. The negative reviews here are about the hotel before it was renovated, so they can be disregarded.
