We had some great conversations with the host, who also shared lots of tips for food, surfing, and other things to enjoy in Essaouira. The Riad is in a quiet part of the Medina, and it’s very clean with good prices. Breakfast was amazing. Highly recommended!

We felt so comfortable here that we wished we could have stayed longer. Our room was very comfortable, and everything was clean and well looked after. The decor is lovely and creates a warm, inviting feel. The owner is friendly, the location is hard to beat, and the price is excellent for what you get. It’s inside the city walls on a very quiet street. Breakfast was superb.

The rooms are on the small side, but the price is so low that it still feels like good value. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff are very friendly. It’s on the Medina’s main street, which may matter to some people. I’ve travelled in Morocco before, so it didn’t bother me.
