It was okay.

The staff were friendly and breakfast was generous. Rooms were decent and the pool was nice. There isn't any catering or half-board at the riad, though, so you need to make the 8 km trip to Essaouira to eat.

The bedding was good quality and the place itself was quiet. Breakfast was decent, although I would've liked a fried egg. The pool wasn't usable because of the wind, and its location felt poorly chosen. It would have made more sense where the parking lot is, which is a shame. The welcome at first felt cold and mixed, but reception got better as our stay went on.
