Booking a private room turned into a mess just as I was nearing the property. The host messaged to say there'd been a “system error” and offered me a dorm bed for the same price, which wasn't what I'd reserved. I asked the host to cancel and wouldn't cancel it myself. It seemed like a deliberate practice of advertising private rooms and then trying to downgrade guests, hoping they'd accept or cancel themselves so the host could avoid responsibility. When I went to the property in person and asked again, the host said they couldn't cancel. I asked them to contact Booking. On the call, they gave Booking false information in another language. Fortunately, Booking looked into it, understood what had happened, and canceled the reservation on the host's behalf. This felt like a misleading and dishonest business practice. I don't recommend staying here.

The Sahara room is simply amazing, and the place has a laid-back feel, great service, and a great breakfast. It was one of the best places I've stayed in Maroc. It's close to the beach, and a petite taxi can take you to the Medina for 8dirham.

The breakfast was amazing, and the rooms are spacious. The reception staff were always so friendly, I loved them. ♡♡ You can tell they really care. I had a fantastic time at this hostel and would definitely come back!

The people were so nice and open to helping with everything, especially Ismael, who was super proactive and kind. I loved my stay. The room was great, and the place is super close to the beach.
