The food was top notch, homemade, authentic, and good quality. Everything was well organized, and the rooms were spacious, very clean, well equipped, and maintained. The staff were exceptionally kind, helpful, supportive, and hospitable, and made us feel right at home. I used to stay only at hotel brands like Marriott and Hilton, but this experience changed my perspective. If you visit Fez, do yourself a favor and book here. You’ll feel safe, cared for, and at home, and enjoy your time.

We only stayed two nights and truly didn’t want to leave. The room was huge, and the place is beautiful. The staff were kind and accommodating, and we felt warm, cozy, welcome, and at home. It’s just outside the Medina on a quiet alley, so it was easy to sleep. Please stay here!

The staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was very good. The location is great, close to the medina in Fes. I had a Hammam during my stay and would really recommend it.

The Medina is easy to reach from here, and the WiFi was good. The stay was acceptable, with a fine room and hospitable staff. The gentleman in charge of the dining room was especially friendly and exceptional, despite some difficulty communicating in the same language. The room was close to the atrium, so privacy was reduced even with the blinds closed, and it wasn’t very soundproof. The bathroom needs a lot of work. There was a sewage smell at times, and the shower was about the size of a cruise ship bathroom stall. With no curtain or partition, water splashed all over the small bathroom and everything steamed up. Breakfast was typical Moroccan style, with no meat.
