We paid in full in advance through expedia, but when we arrived we were told there were no rooms available. They suggested a nearby one-star hotel, which we refused at first. After waiting in the cold for three hours, we went there to sleep, and it was absolutely disgusting. We came back to Dalila and ended up spending the night sitting out in the cold on the hotel terrace. The whole experience was awful, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

At the entrance to the Medina of Fez, in the Oued Zhoune area, the hotel lets guests be dropped right at the doorstep. That's handy for older travellers and anyone who wants to avoid a long walk through the Medina. The staff are welcoming, friendly, and attentive, and the cleanliness is outstanding. Highly recommended for a visit to the Imperial City of Fez. 🇲🇦

We spent a week here, and the staff were attentive to the needs of their multicultural clientele. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful, with fresh items made to order. The rooms felt welcoming and were tidy, with shiny linens. There's parking in front, along with a taxi stand and a meeting point for guided tours of the medina.
