The housekeeping was excellent and attentive, with clear explanations. Staff throughout the hotel were friendly and polite. The receptionist got us checked in quickly, and after we confirmed our room online, the response was clear and prompt. Vacation and luxury. Highly recommended.

After a long day visiting Fes, it was easy to relax here. The rooftop has a beautiful view for an aperitif, and the pool, spa, and gym are well suited to staying active and then unwinding. The hotel sits on a hill across from the old town. Rooms are spacious and elegant, with all the necessary amenities, and the restaurant offers a wide choice of very good food for lunch and dinner. The staff were great, helpful, and friendly.

We stayed two nights at the end of our Morocco trip, and the service was a letdown after several places with amazing hospitality. The rooms were nice, if a little small, and the breakfast buffet was great, on a par with a 5 star hotel. Parking was easy with a rental car, so the location outside the city worked for us. The man who checked us in at 11pm on 27/11/25 was incredibly kind and helpful, and went above and beyond. The rest of the staff could learn from his example. Getting around on foot wasn’t practical for us. The area right outside felt very sketchy, and there was lots of trash burning, so be prepared to drive or take a taxi. At the main floor restaurant, we had to find someone to seat us and take our order, and they acted as if we were bothering them. We weren’t given napkins, and the prices were high enough that we expected decent service. At the front desk, staff acted like we were a nuisance whenever we asked a question. They were also very resistant to a two hour late checkout, even though we had a basic standard room. The outdoor pool is maintained year round and should be heated at a 5star hotel. Even rural 4 star hotels had heated outdoor pools. There was a letter on our bed addressed to another person, the carpet was stained, and the attention to detail wasn’t there. I’d call the service 4 star at best. Without a rental car, I would have stayed somewhere else. The hotel wasn’t bad by any means, but it didn’t live up to the standard or expectations it’s trying to set.

The staff are what make this place wonderful, especially the restaurant team. Ahmed, the lead server, makes you feel at home and takes great care of you. I always have a wonderful experience because of him. Definitely visit the Moroccan restaurant, the people there are such professionals.
