Three hours of pure calm during the bath and facial massage. Incredible, and we'd love to do it again!

The massage was relaxing, just as I hoped, and the staff were both kind and knowledgeable. The location was excellent too.

We were taken into a room and never saw anyone come or go. After a mediocre massage, they left us there without explaining what we should do next. It felt like a ghost massage. This wasn't the service I'd expect at a 5-star hotel, especially at a 5-star price.
