Breakfast was pretty average and a bit bland, and the so-called free tour was only an hour. Continuing after that cost quite a lot. We already had another walking tour booked and ended up canceling it, so honestly I'd have preferred no free tour offer at all. The hotel's tour prices felt high. Still, this is a beautiful, memorable riad in Fes. The architecture and atmosphere are stunning, with detailed 14th-century reconstruction throughout, almost like staying in a living museum. It's very close to the medina and main tourist sites, so we could walk everywhere. The rooms were clean, smelled amazing, and the riad was well maintained. The staff were kind and helpful, especially with our luggage, and made sure we were comfortable. Service was amazing. The rooftop views were a real highlight, and despite a few drawbacks, the place has incredible character and a welcoming team.

After a week traveling around Morocco, we were lucky to find this wonderful oasis in Fes at the end of our trip. The rooms were sumptuous, and we're pretty well-traveled, but this was one of the finer places we've stayed. The staff were incredibly accommodating and helped with taxis and restaurant suggestions. Make sure to have at least one home-cooked dinner on the roof. It was outstanding!

We booked four nights in Fes for my wife's birthday, and the room was the biggest and most detailed we've ever had on vacation. Breakfast each morning was unbelievable, with lots of local food and an amazing view from the rooftop. The staff were available around the clock, helping us with all sorts of things and recommending places to visit in and outside Fes. We thought the riad was amazing and would recommend it.

My husband and I are having a wonderful stay in this oasis. It's my first time in Morocco, and I've been touched by how kind and welcoming people are. The Riyad feels like a work of art, and the team have been incredibly helpful. Our room is beautiful, clean and comfortable. I also had a hammam and massage. Both were excellent, and it was so handy to go straight from the treatment back to the room. A lovely experience all around.

We paid less than 100€ a night by booking through booking.com, with a very substantial breakfast included. The rooms are fantastic and really opulent, and the staff were extremely attentive. We had dinner at the hotel a couple of nights, and the food was very good and reasonably priced for a hotel. I'd stay here again if I were in Fes.
