I loved the little farm they added, where you can have lunch with birdsong and the sound of the river running nearby. The hotel is gorgeous, and the staff are incredible. It was such a relaxing stay, 10/10, and I’ll definitely come back!

For what it costs, the hotel fell short of my expectations. Smoking is allowed in the indoor reception area, which made it hard to enjoy much of the hotel’s amenities in that part of the building. The suites look nice, but they’re rather small for this kind of accommodation. The food was okay, though nothing special. It was also inconvenient that security wouldn’t let us bring in outside food, even when the hotel restaurants were closed.

We had paid a very expensive stay in advance, but couldn’t reach the hotel because the road was blocked. The man who answered the phone on December 15th at around 6:00 PM made things much worse. He spoke aggressively and disrespectfully to my wife, showed no empathy, and wouldn’t offer any solution. He didn’t try to help us reroute, contact management, or even speak politely. His arrogant, dismissive manner was shocking for someone in hospitality. Charging premium prices should come with basic customer service, especially when something unusual happens. Being unable to get to a hotel we’d already paid for was bad enough; being treated with contempt as well was unacceptable. This complaint is specifically about the man handling calls at that time, not the location or infrastructure. His behavior alone left us regretting the booking entirely. We received no assistance, alternatives, or basic professionalism. Until the hotel addresses its staff’s attitude and conduct, I strongly advise travelers to think twice before booking. No customer should be treated this way.

We spent four days at the hotel without going out because of the snow, so we had lots of chances to interact with the staff. On behalf of my family, I want to thank everyone who supported us and responded to all our requests. We were a big family with one suite and three rooms, and the personnel were helpful, understanding, and supportive through all our requests. The manager kept a close eye on everything, and the reception was really nice. We remember Zaynab, Mohammed, and Jamila in particular, though everyone was fantastic. The service was excellent and the place was amazing. One issue was that our suite was in a cold corner, and the heater didn’t reach it, so it was very cold for two nights in the middle of the snow. The restaurant food was delicious and the staff there were very nice and extremely helpful, but it was expensive for the portions.
