We couldn’t sleep well, and the bathroom was a problem too. There was no shower curtain, so each shower left the whole room wet. The room was very dirty, and their sheets, pillowcases, and towels were badly stained, though thankfully we’d brought our own. There was no Wi-Fi, and the AC didn’t work. I really don’t know what to say about this place they call an aparthotel.
2/10
One of the other guests with me was threatened by the manager, and they didn’t want to refund us. I spent hours dealing with Airbnb customer support to get half the money back. The service was horrible. Avoid this place at all costs!
6/10
The front desk staff are great, though they’re not very quick to answer phone calls. The rooms are good and the atmosphere is okay. Some entertainment nights would make the place even better.
6/10
Note: avoid the swimming pool. It isn’t treated until it gets really dirty, and that caused health problems for one of our roommates.
2/10
This is the dirtiest place I’ve ever seen. The rooms are very small, there’s noise and a bad smell, and the bathrooms are dirty. The bedding was dusty and filthy, and the AC didn’t work.
