I came to zain hotel at 1 pm on my checkout day, planning to extend for one more night. Before I could even say salam alaykom at reception, the man in the red t-shirt started shouting that checkout was at noon and I had to take my bag and leave. I was taken aback by how he acted and told him he should respect his client instead of shouting. His answer shocked me: he said the housekeeper was shouting at him too because she wanted to leave early. That’s no reason to lose a client, so I checked in at another hotel. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

The receptionist was kind and welcoming, and the hotel was good for an overnight stay. It’s basically a place to sleep and rest. I was a little anxious after reading the reviews, but thankfully it wasn’t as bad as I expected. Parking is very limited, though, and it was often a struggle to find a space. There was also a lot of disturbance at night: I could hear people upstairs walking and moving their things, as well as our neighbors next door. It was very disruptive, and I couldn’t sleep.

The shower drain barely worked, the toilet flush was broken, and the AC wasn’t working either. There was no TV remote, and the receptionist didn’t speak multiple languages at all.

The welcome was warm and the place was super clean. I planned to stay one night but ended up adding two more. Everyone provided good service, especially Mr Moad. Good luck.

Don’t go, you’re about to pay 1250 dh for this, see pictures below. There were pillows with no covers and the stove didn’t work. I wouldn’t recommend it and won’t go back.
