The guardian was kind and helped me guide the caravan out in the dark, and the owner did try to sort out the power. But the site was a mess to deal with. The electricity comes from one point at the guardian’s hut, so you need a 100m cable to reach it. I was asked to pay as soon as I arrived, though the guardian wouldn't be on duty to handle electricity until six hours later. After dinner with friends, I found motorhomes blocking my caravan so I couldn't hitch it to my car for an early departure. Staff kept looking to one another instead of working out a solution. The motorhome owners eventually came back an hour later, packed up, and moved their vehicles. Dogs barked all night, too. There's a great location here, which makes the poor setup a shame. In four years of travelling in Morocco, this was my worst camping experience. It felt like absolute chaos, with no coordination, planning, or capable management. I wouldn't recommend it.

A quiet, lovely campsite, and the refill water pressure was good. It would have earned five stars from me if there were toilets and showers.

We never got to try the place. The host's attitude put us off. Before opening somewhere like this, maybe learn to treat visitors with respect.

The animals looked happy and had plenty of room, and I really enjoyed hearing Mustapha talk about how much he loves horses and animals. He was professional and welcoming. We tried the short parade late in the afternoon, and time just slipped by. A lovely experience for horse lovers, highly recommend.

We planned on spending just one night here in our motorhome, but ended up staying three days because we enjoyed it so much. The pitches are nice and the place is relaxing. There’s a coral with a donkey, ponies, horses, chickens, ducks, and a turkey, while sheep and geese wander around. You can go for horse rides as well. No electric hookup, unfortunately, but the hotel staff let campers use the toilets, and there’s a place to empty and refill water. 60 Dhs is very fair.
