The apartment is in a great location and has a wonderful view.

I saw several people run into the same issue: security wouldn’t let them into the parking lot, without giving a good reason. The way guests were treated was disrespectful, and I was very disappointed with the service. It’s a shame for a place of this caliber.

This is a good choice for families coming for the pool and beach, but you’ll need a car if you want to explore. There’s not much in Cabo Nigro, and beyond the nearby café and little supermarket, there are no banks, restaurants, or pharmacies. The café next door opens at 1 or 3 pm, I think, but I’m not sure. The complex also has a snack bar/restaurant whose food I liked, though it opens late, like most places around here. The beach is superb and clean. Inside the residence there’s a playground with kids’ games and a grassy area. The pool has a shallow section for children, less than a meter deep, and another that’s about two meters deep. It’s open from 9 am to 7 pm, with a break from 1 pm to 2 pm, and is closed on Mondays. The poolside parasols are free, and there are lifeguards. The residence is a bit old, which I imagine is why it costs less than Golf 2. There’s parking inside. The kitchen has utensils, though I’m not sure they’re clean, so wash them well first. We had mosquito repellent in each room, though I forget its name. The balcony is nice, the armchairs are more comfortable than the beds, and the TV has plenty of channels.

The staff were arrogant and disrespectful, and the service was catastrophic. It was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had, a real disgrace to tourism. This place doesn’t deserve any stars and should be avoided at all costs.
