The rooms are really cold at this time of year. I also think housekeeping could be more consistent about how many towels are left in the bathroom, and the towels themselves could be better quality. The reception staff, though, are very friendly and helpful. Great customer service.
I enjoyed my stay here. It’s peaceful, the rooms are clean and fairly modern, and the staff are great. The main drawback is the Wi-Fi: the speed is awful, and it only works in the lobby, not from the first floor up. It’d also be great to have an oven or microwave in the kitchenette.
A calm, clean hotel with a kitchen, which worked well for our family trip since we wanted to eat at home most of the time. There was no Wi-Fi in the rooms, and basic things like toilet paper and soap weren’t provided.
The whole family loved it and didn’t want to leave. It felt very safe, the staff were so friendly, and our room was really clean. We’ll definitely come back.
Riviera is a peaceful spot for a visit with kids. When they have animation, you can relax knowing the children are playing in the pool.
