I was very disappointed 😒😟😒😟😒😟😒😟. The room looked bad, the bed was really bad, there was no hot water, and there was no AC or fridge. It was so noisy and we felt cold all night. Only the Burkina Faso guy was kind and helpful.

Monis at reception was polite, helpful, and gave brilliant service. Thanks for the great hospitality, Monis. The rooms are good for what you pay, and the Medina location is really convenient, close to cafes, good places to eat, and money exchanges.

Like sleeping in a hot prison cell. I agree with the safety concerns in other reviews. We checked out early and are so glad we did. Awful.

This was my second time here. The lads at the hotel were amazing and helped us with everything. Great location and good value.
