Akouas

The hotel seemed okay on arrival, but then we were treated inappropriately and left waiting a long time in the waiting room. While I was standing beside the person at reception, I was embarrassed in front of my colleague. I'd asked about booking a room for each of us, and then that person told my colleague he wasn't allowed to go to my room.

The room had a balcony, and the bathroom came with a bathtub. The young man at reception was very kind and helped me with everything I needed. It's not a luxury hotel, but it's a good one. I had a good experience, would stay again, and recommend it.

The breakfast was better than what Lufthansa serves, and my car was safely parked outside the main hotel entrance. There's a watchman if you want to pay him as a kindness, but he never insists or pressures you, despite what some comments say. I stayed six nights and found the place quiet and clean, perfect for preparing my academic project. The internet was high-speed on all floors, including my room on the 7th, and the receptionists and staff were really generous. Hicham Ezzaroualy

The street noise was bad, the room was dirty and very cold, and the breakfast was no good at all. The internet didn't work either. Worst hotel ever, never again.
