Hotel Kasbah Erg Chebbi

I came for a day and stayed much longer. Leaving was so hard that my eyes filled with both happy, grateful tears and sadness. Kasbah Erg Chebbi sits right at the foot of the dunes, and everything felt clean, beautiful, mysterious, romantic and welcoming. You can find quiet time or adventure, with activities on offer, and they have desert tents too, much better than the chaotic package tours elsewhere in Merzouga. The huge, clean pool was a lovely way to cool down while looking at the dunes. It all felt like a dream. Breakfast is a generous, tasty spread to set you up for the day, and at night you can eat delicious tahini under a sky full of stars. The staff are superb, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the hot showers were comfortable and romantic after a day of adventure. It feels like affordable luxury. I can’t fault the place, and five stars isn’t enough. I wish I could find the words for how perfect it felt. Thank you to all the staff, and to the universe for bringing me here. I’ll return whenever I can and bring as many loved ones as possible. Book more than one night, or you’ll regret leaving so soon. I feel blessed to have found it, and you’re in for a treat xxxxx
