Oasis Camp

Dinner and breakfast were really good, and the shower had very hot water. There wasn’t even a little soap in the bathroom, though that wasn’t a big deal. We stayed one night in December and were unhappy with the room. We needed the AC for heat, but it mostly made tractor noises and didn’t warm the room even on turbo. We were so cold. The room needed attention years ago: paint had fallen onto the floor, the toilet hadn’t been maintained since it was installed, and the bedsheets looked like they needed a good wash. Nothing was white anymore. The place could use a deep clean.

The hotel was very new and clean, and we watched the sunrise over the desert from the terrace. We stayed the night before our desert trip and had a great time. It was a perfect place to unwind by the pool before the tour. The host was very friendly and helpful, and set up an amazing quad tour for us. Breakfast was good. I can recommend it.

I was really touched by how considerate and attentive everyone was. Ali and his staff were incredibly kind, and the stay at Ali’s house in the Sahara Desert felt warm and welcoming. The camel trek and ATV rides were well organized and gave us an exciting, immersive way to enjoy the desert. The ATV ride was a particular thrill, and I’d recommend it. The basecamp got extremely cold at night, so bring warm clothes and blankets. Even with those chilly nights, it was a unique, memorable adventure, and I’d gladly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic desert experience.

Our room was spacious, super clean, and stunning. I watched the sun rise over the dunes from our beautiful bed. The hosts were incredible, and dinner was delicious and affordable. It was a four-course meal, wow. Highly recommend this place, with the best location in the desert!
