I was travelling alone and wanted somewhere really close to the Erg Chebbi dunes. I’m glad I picked this hotel. The reception staff were friendly and helped me with everything. I arrived early and was able to check in straight away. It was clean and quiet, with a big room and good air conditioning. They arranged an amazing quad bike tour for me. It was just me and one tour guide driving to the dunes at sunset. I could also get my laundry washed for 50 Dhm. Dinner buffet and breakfast were both amazing. A big thank you to Zahra, the really lovely hotel manager. She drove me to the Supratours bus stop for free when I had to leave at 7.30am. I could even have breakfast earlier than everyone else because of my bus. Without her help, I would have lost my wallet while leaving. Thank you so much, Zahra. Greetings, Julius 😃😊

The traditional finish gives the rooms a spacious feel, and the whole place has the look of a fortress. It made me picture old caravans sheltering there with their camels and riches. We ate well, with plenty of tasty food, and Erg Chebbi is very close. Aziz, our receptionist, was kind and friendly, answered our questions, and helped arrange a 4x4 desert tour.

After a long day out exploring, the clean, comfortable room was a peaceful place to come back to, and it had everything we needed. The location worked really well, close to the main attractions but still quiet. The staff were welcoming and attentive throughout, making sure our needs were taken care of. I had a lovely stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing visit. Thanks again!
