The staff were very courteous, and they even made a complimentary birthday dessert for someone in our group. Still, there were several letdowns. There were six of us sharing one reasonably well-kept tent, and the food disappointed. The evening show wasn't anything special. We had agreed on a price over the phone, but after we arrived they said it was too late to ride camels. They said a quad would be quicker, but it meant another €60 each for a shared quad, or we could take a jeep with no camels, at least on the way there. Sandboarding was included, though halfway through the trip the guide left us alone for 20 minutes and gave us a board with no bindings that we couldn't stand on. Dinner included water only, and alcohol was expensive: €5 for a beer, which they said they'd run out of when we tried a second time, or €30 for wine. I'd have grouped people by similar ages, but we hadn't agreed on that, so I can't really comment.

Five of us friends stayed for the night, and this was the highlight of our trip. The sunset, food, people, and service all felt magical. Thanks for everything ♥️ We'd definitely come back!
