Yossra at reception, Mohamed Erhail and Sandrine helped make our family feel at home. Mohamed kept my room spotless and my clothes perfectly ironed, and seemed to anticipate what I needed. At breakfast, Sandrine remembered everyone's food and drink preferences. She was attentive enough to notice when someone might still be asleep and set their breakfast aside, covered at our table. Yossra and the rest of the staff also made us feel welcome. The beds were comfortable, the service was excellent, and the hotel lived up to what it promised.

We felt safe and well cared for, with courteous, professional security at every entrance. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean and well maintained, and the breakfast had an impressive range of good quality food. Manuelle and Sandrina were especially friendly and attentive each morning. Yousra at reception was a real help throughout our stay. She was professional, spoke five languages fluently, and made everything easier for us. We were completely at ease at the Novotel in Mohammedia, Morocco, and couldn't have picked a better place to finish our trip. Highly recommended.

Ms. Najia's warm, kind and professional manner made the visit more enjoyable. Novotel Mohammedia was clean and comfortable, with excellent service throughout. I had a very pleasant stay and would gladly come back.

Khaoula at reception made everything feel easy and welcoming with her warmth, professionalism, attention and kindness. She was the highlight for me, and honestly, I'd return just to see her again. The room was clean and comfortable, the view was beautiful, and I had an exceptional restaurant experience. A nice hotel.
