The hotel is in a good location, and it could be better, especially since it has an empty swimming pool. My wife and I booked four nights for a total of 1090 MAD. Our Agoda confirmation said payment was complete, including taxes and fees, but reception still asked us for 220 MAD before giving us the room key. We showed the confirmation email and explained we’d paid already, but the staff member insisted, so we paid anyway. Parking was another hassle. We used the hotel’s parking space, but morning and night someone kept asking us to pay. It left us worrying that somebody might hit the car if we didn’t give them money. We told the hotel staff that parking was included in our booking, and they didn’t care. The booking also said Wi-Fi was included, but there was no Wi-Fi. There was no shampoo or sandals either.

The traditional Moroccan food at the hotel was delicious, especially at lunch. I missed breakfast twice, so I can’t comment on that. It’s a nice three-star hotel close to the train station, and the staff are great. The rooms aren’t soundproof, though.

I was only there because of work obligations, and I wouldn’t recommend this place. There are hundreds of cheaper hotels and apartments. When I stayed on the first of May, the rooms were dirty, with bed bugs and a dusty smell everywhere. The bathrooms were broken and water leaked from the toilets. Doors and windows didn’t block sound, so noise carried through the night. I won’t even get into the food.
