The room could use a desk or counter where personal things can be laid out, especially for a longer visit. And with carpeted floors, bathrooms and items like curtains and cushions would benefit from a deeper clean. The bed linens and bath towels, though, were excellent. English communication could be better in some parts of the hotel. Reception and Sandrine at breakfast were exceptions, and both communicated very well. What stood out most was the staff. Everyone I met was professional, warm and kind, from reception and housekeeping to the spa team. Sandrine deserves a special mention for making fresh orange juice whenever I asked, always with care and a smile. This is a hotel with real potential, and its people are its greatest strength. With a few thoughtful improvements, the experience could be even better. I felt well looked after here.

Yossra at reception, Mohamed Erhail and Sandrine helped make our family feel at home. Mohamed kept my room spotless and my clothes perfectly ironed, and seemed to anticipate what I needed. At breakfast, Sandrine remembered everyone's food and drink preferences. She was attentive enough to notice when someone might still be asleep and set their breakfast aside, covered at our table. Yossra and the rest of the staff also made us feel welcome. The beds were comfortable, the service was excellent, and the hotel lived up to what it promised.

We felt safe and well cared for, with courteous, professional security at every entrance. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean and well maintained, and the breakfast had an impressive range of good quality food. Manuelle and Sandrina were especially friendly and attentive each morning. Yousra at reception was a real help throughout our stay. She was professional, spoke five languages fluently, and made everything easier for us. We were completely at ease at the Novotel in Mohammedia, Morocco, and couldn't have picked a better place to finish our trip. Highly recommended.

Khaoula at reception made everything feel easy and welcoming with her warmth, professionalism, attention and kindness. She was the highlight for me, and honestly, I'd return just to see her again. The room was clean and comfortable, the view was beautiful, and I had an exceptional restaurant experience. A nice hotel.
