Sky Casa Airport

I stayed in July 2025, mainly because the property seemed geared toward people flying out of Casablanca. After a lovely visit to Morocco, it was a disappointing end. Although the place presents itself as full service, there was almost no hospitality available when I arrived in the late afternoon. The restaurants were closed for some reason, room service wasn't available, and the bar's advertised tapas couldn't be ordered. My only option was a 30 Euro buffet, and management offered no alternative. I even asked if I could just have soup, but was told it was the buffet or nothing. I tried looking into the spa afterward and was told nobody was on site to provide services. It's fine if all you need is a place to sleep before an early flight, but don't count on being able to get food or use the other services they advertise as '4-star'.

Rehab was professional and gave excellent support while handling my reservation. She was attentive and quick to respond, and made sure everything went smoothly. I really appreciated the experience, and her service reflects well on Hotel Sky.

Mame Bouh checked me in and made me feel welcome from the outset. The service and hospitality were very good. My room was comfortable and just right for a transit stop. A pair of slippers would have been a nice little extra, but I appreciated the stay.

The room was roomy, and the accommodation was clean. The bathroom was modern, with a bidet in the toilet, and breakfast had a good selection. There's also a free shuttle to the airport every 30 minutes. It did feel a bit pricey.
