Aigle Appart Hôtel

The terrace is lovely, and we had a very nice stay. Eli was so kind and friendly to us. It's cheap accommodation, so don't expect luxury, and being near the main road can make the nights a little noisy. Thanks, Eli 🙏

The receptionist was so friendly and helpful, and the room was just right for our stop in Ouarzazate. We had a lovely stay and thought it was great value. If you need a clean, nice place to sleep on a budget, I'd absolutely recommend it.

We booked through Expedia and paid ahead, then showed the receipt at check-in, but the property said the payment hadn't come through. After Expedia support told us to pay again and said we'd be refunded, we did so. Now Expedia can't reach the property to confirm what happened, and we can't get our money back. We were there with friends, and it felt like we'd been ripped off. The place was pretty dirty, too, and they don't take credit cards even though the listing online said they did. There are plenty of places in Ouarzazate, so stay somewhere else. Not worth it at all. STAY AWAY IF YOU DON'T WANT TO GET SCAMMED!!!

Hey, I'm Sergio, from Spain. I'd visited Morocco before and had the chance to work with Mohamed, which was a great experience. We got back in touch after all this time, and he told me about his problems with the hotel owner. This isn't professional, especially with a guy who has lots of ideas to put on the table. You should be ashamed of what you did to his future. I'll definitely tell others about this problem so they'll be aware of possible future scams. You should be ashamed of what you've done.
