Ksar Shama Atlas mountains

The old wing rooms were horrible and should be avoided. The newer rooms and domes are much nicer, with great views. We were a group of almost 70 and stayed for eight days. The restaurant staff and manager gave outstanding, memorable service, especially Muhammad Bouchbouk. He was always there when we called, smiling, attentive, and well spoken. His attitude made the trip memorable.

A special thanks to Mr. Mohamed Boshbok, the Fand B Manager. His professional help, thoughtful advice, and charming manner made a real difference during our stay. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly, and our spacious room was comfortable. The establishment is elegant and full of charm, with a magnificent garden and a stunning pool that was consistently clean. We’ll definitely return.

I spent one night here on a mountain biking trip arranged by MTB Morocco. The views were incredible, and the grounds were beautiful. Staff were welcoming, and my room was nice, with a small porch. It was also one of the few places during my five-night trip that could provide gluten-free bread with a meal.

The weather was poor while we were there, but the place still felt warm and homely. It’s quite large, with comfortable rooms, a good restaurant and bar, and pleasant staff. The manager was very nice too. We were just passing through, but it seems like a good place to stay.
