Atlas Orient

The pool and its surroundings were a relaxing part of my three-night stay in July. My room was clean and organized, the bathroom was nice, and the air conditioning worked well. I paid extra for a pool view and breakfast, but the breakfast wasn’t what I’d hoped for from a four-star hotel. They also charged extra for breakfast ordered after 10:30, even though it was included in my reservation, and only mentioned the charge at checkout. I’d pay for the room alone and eat breakfast elsewhere. A few scraps of paper near the bed and curtains that hung loose and let in the early summer sun made the room seem like it hadn’t been checked carefully. There was no hairdryer either, which seemed unusual for a four-star hotel. Still, the stay was generally nice.

The garden was lush and peaceful, and the well-kept pool made a lovely place to unwind. My room was exceptionally clean, too. I was there for just one night, but the staff made a strong impression: Ms. Zohra at reception was professional and welcoming, while Omar and Yahya in the restaurant were courteous, attentive, and very service-minded. I’d highly recommend the hotel for its quality, atmosphere, and staff.

The garden behind the clean pool area has seating, and there’s a pool bar as well. Staff were so friendly, attentive, and helpful that nothing felt like a problem. Our room was very clean and the air conditioning worked great, though the rooms are a bit dated. The location was great, and we’ll definitely be back.
