I wouldn't return to this riad after staying seven nights. The owner has behaved terribly during the pandemic, refusing to return a substantial deposit to the organiser of what was meant to be our second yoga retreat at the property. Many attempts to sort it out have gone nowhere, with no contact or progress. The money should have been refunded under his own policy. Don't book here, especially in the current situation, because your holiday could be cancelled and you could lose money.

Our group paid a 3000 Euro deposit for a September 2020 booking, then another instalment. When COVID led the country to close its borders, Patrick refused any refund, even a partial one. After many emails, messages, and calls, he disappeared and we couldn't reach him. Only book if you're willing to say goodbye to your money. We had first visited in 2019 with a large group. My room smelled of drains, and I was overcharged 200USD for drinks ordered by other members of the group. Patrick and his partner weren't as warm or welcoming as hosts at other Riads we'd stayed in. Even so, after discussing the problems, we rebooked because they could host us all together.

I went there as part of a retreat and found the owner rude and unhelpful. After the retreat organiser rebooked and COVID forced the plans to be cancelled, he ignored her and refused to return her money. Don't book here. I found him untrustworthy and unresponsive, and it felt like he'd take your cash.

In 2019 I held a yoga gathering at Riad Beloiseau. The setting was nice at first, but Patrick tried to charge us €200 for water we'd already bought for our guests. The rooms smelled of drains as well. Patrick and Joel don't know how to run a business, and overcharging people isn't the way to do it. Other reviews describe similar overcharging, rude behaviour, and aggression. I also booked the riad for September 2020 and paid €3000 in two instalments. When Morocco closed its borders during the pandemic, I asked for some of the deposit back, but the owner returned none of it. After several emails, he finally said I could book the following year and signed off with 'take care.' Since then he's ignored my messages, emails, and other attempts to reach him. I politely asked for at least part of the deposit, but he wouldn't agree or respond. He also asked me to pay more cash on arrival, possibly to avoid taxes. We couldn't travel to Marrakech, and I'm shocked by the way he does business. Avoid this accommodation. Very disappointed.

Good value and a nice place. The pool was clean, and towels were provided, so no need to bring your own. You can check in late at night, and the night shift staff were great, with good stories to tell.
