AZ Hotel Des Arts

The team were especially helpful with our travel plans and local tips, and everyone was friendly throughout. We had a clean, bright room, and the breakfast buffet tasted good. The rooms were spotless, modern, and comfortable. Hotel Az is well placed for exploring Rabat, near Hassan Tower and other sights, with the main train station, restaurants, and plenty of attractions only a short walk away. I had an excellent stay and would highly recommend it.

A good budget option, and the Garden View Rooms are larger with a great view. Mr Muhammad was especially cooperative, and breakfast was fine. The hotel was neat and clean, close to Madina Market, Subway, restaurants, and a store. Recommended Feb 2026.

The service was friendly, so no complaints there. The location is the main draw, right in the town center and within easy walking distance of everything I wanted to see in Rabat. The room felt cramped and wasn’t clean to my standards. It also needs updating. I could manage for one night, but wouldn’t want to stay longer.

The quiet atmosphere, a comfortable bed, and a helpful reception team made for a good night’s sleep during my 3-night stay at Hotel AZ. The staff were friendly, the location was convenient, and my room was clean and comfortable. The building is noticeably old, and some fixtures and amenities feel worn. Its dated style could use renovation. Parking was the biggest hassle: there doesn’t seem to be an organized system, and finding a spot was stressful. If you’re driving, expect some inconvenience, especially at busy times or on weekends. Better facilities and parking arrangements would make this a much better stay.
