We spent four days at this Riad, and the hosts were kind with great communication and service. After checkout I realized I'd left something behind. I called, and they delivered it to me. Ismail deserves a shout-out for the catering during our stay. There was more than enough food for 12 guests, and it was outstanding. He offers a range of Moroccan and western brunches and was punctual and professional.

The breakfasts were delicious and homemade, and we're glad we chose the breakfast package. We also loved having the rooftop terrace to relax in the sun after days out exploring. Since the newly renovated Riad was entirely private for our family, we could enjoy it in complete quiet. There were eight of us, including our 80-year-old grandmother, and the arrangements helped everyone feel comfortable, including a ground-floor room for Grandma. Mohamed Soufiane suggested places to eat, activities, and walks, so we could explore Rabat at our own pace. His mother, Karima, and Mohamed Soufiane gave us a warm welcome and added thoughtful touches throughout our wonderful family stay at Riad Dar Al-Jeld, in the heart of the Medina. We couldn't have asked for a better family holiday and can't wait to return to Rabat. A big thank you to the whole team for their kindness and professionalism. We wholeheartedly recommend Dar Al-Jeld for a special stay.

The Medina location worked really well, and there’s a tram close by for getting around. Everything else was positive, and I’d happily recommend it and come back. There’s a rooster nearby that crows twice each morning, which I found charming, though I might feel differently if I were sleeping in one of the upstairs rooms.

The owners were kind and attentive, and the riad has been renovated with a lot of taste. It’s tucked into the souk on a side street running parallel to the main routes, so it stays peaceful while Rabat’s charms are only a few steps away. Highly recommend.

The team were attentive and professional, which made the stay even nicer. The riad itself is breathtaking, beautifully and authentically decorated, right in the heart of Rabat's medina.
