The food was a real highlight for our family: generous breakfasts every morning, a homemade tagine for dinner, Harira soup, and traditional couscous on Friday. We felt at home thanks to the warm hospitality, and the neighborhood felt safe and traditional. We visited during Ramadan, when the evening streets were lively with people talking and children playing, adding to the festive feel. Our arrival was easy, too. We arranged an airport taxi through Riad Dar Saidi, and the host met us at the Medina gates to guide us in. The rooms don’t have TVs or kettles like a standard hotel, but we saw that as a plus. You come for the atmosphere and experience. If you want to feel like family and enjoy local tradition, this is a lovely place. Thank you for making our stay special.

The people are what make Riad Dar Saidi special. They made me feel cared for, offered local food and sightseeing tips, introduced me to the culture, and even gave me a little tour of the area. The freshly made breakfast was so filling I could skip lunch, and the traditional decor is beautiful. Even with the busy old Medina outside, the rooms stayed quiet. Spending my first week in Morocco here was a great choice. I’d recommend it to anyone after more than just a bed for the night.

We spent three lovely days at Riad Dar Saidi, and the staff made the trip memorable. Issam and Ayoub were especially kind, always ready to answer questions or help with requests, and greeted us with a smile each morning and evening. Fatima and Hasna made a delicious, plentiful breakfast, and a lovely staff member kept our spacious room spotless. The medina location let us enjoy the colorful atmosphere, while being close to a gate for getting around. We walked and used public transport. The service started right after booking, with reassuring messages and well-organized airport taxis both ways. Everyone made us feel like family, with genuine, generous Moroccan hospitality. We left with lovely memories. Thank you, Audrey and Peter.

The rooms, breakfast, cleanliness, and general feel were all great, and the location is excellent. But Issam made the stay unforgettable. He showed us around Rabat, taught us to make Moroccan tea, and spent a lot of time helping plan our trip to Fes. I’ve never had a better host. Would highly recommend this riad.

Breakfast was honestly the best we had on our Morocco trip. Our room was comfortable and well kept, and the staff were incredibly kind. They even picked us up at the parking spot they’d suggested, which made arriving much easier. We had a great stay and highly recommend it.
