Getting our bags upstairs was easy thanks to the elevator, and there’s air conditioning. The hotel is also conveniently placed between the Train station and the Medina, with friendly staff who made us feel welcome. We only stayed briefly, so the issues in our 4th-floor room were manageable. The washroom had a sewer-like smell, which we dealt with by keeping its door closed, and part of the shower head was broken. The Hotel should look into the plumbing and shower.

We were there as a family for 4 days, and the team helped turn a bookings.com issue at the start into an unforgettable stay. Everyone, from reception through breakfast, kept looking for ways to help whenever we needed it. Arabesque is right in the heart of Rabat, close to the train station, medina, and places to visit. It suited our city trip really well.

What I’ll remember most is how warmly everyone treated me. Sister Amina and Latifa made my mornings brighter, and I still miss having breakfast with them. They speak several languages and even spent time teaching me some Moroccan Arabic, which meant a lot. The rest of the staff were just as supportive and made sure I was comfortable. The hotel is also in a great location, close to the souqs, historic museums, cultural sites, and a short walk from the beach. I felt at home here, and would wholeheartedly recommend it whether you’re visiting Rabat for the first time or coming back.
