The staff weren't helpful when I asked to borrow a hair dryer or a kettle. They said there were two hair dryers, but both were already loaned out, and gave me the same answer about the kettle. The bathroom was dirty too, with grime everywhere.

Breakfast was good, and the hotel is very close to the train station and lots of other businesses. Some corner rooms are completely dark because the hallway lights don't reach far enough. I couldn't even see my door and had to use my phone flashlight to find my way.

The only thing I'd change is the knives, which could be sharper. The staff were amazing, the pancakes fabulous, and they even did our laundry. Nothing else to complain about, highly recommend!

The service is excellent, always with a smile. It's a great option for business or a budget family vacation, and they speak English and French. Parking is available. Dogs aren't allowed, which is too bad. The place may also be a bit difficult to get around in if you use a wheelchair.

What stood out most was how friendly and helpful everyone was, from reception to the waiters. They were always ready to assist with a big smile. The hotel is well placed for tourist sights and has parking, plus a good cafeteria serving delicious food. Our room was nice and looked out over the park.
