Rabat Marriott Hotel

Ismail made the lounge a highlight of my stay at Marriott Rabat. He remembered preferences, anticipated what guests might need, and kept the atmosphere calm and pleasant. He was attentive without hovering, professional, and warm, and clearly cared about his work. My stay was wonderful, and service like his is what makes a good hotel visit memorable. I hope management recognizes what an asset he is to Marriott. I’d happily come back, with Ismail’s service being a big reason.

Breakfast was a real highlight. The chef made hummus without oil just for me, and the Moroccan tea came without sugar as I asked. The team paid lovely attention to personal preferences. The room stayed spotless and welcoming, with thoughtful details from housekeeping. ASMAE was so sweet, polite, friendly, and exceptional throughout my stay. Soumia also left a good impression. From arrival on, Marriott Rabat felt cared for and professionally run, with genuine hospitality. It was a refined five-star experience, and I’d gladly return and recommend it. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ ❤️❤️❤️❤️

The location worked really well for us, right beside a modern mall with a Marjane downstairs, my favorite grocery store in Morocco. We also loved the pool and outdoor area, the lounge with its tasty treats and kind staff, and our modern, clean, comfortable room. Everyone was wonderful. One young woman from housekeeping added thoughtful touches that made the room feel cozy. From the start, a warm and helpful manager made it his mission to help us have a great time. I liked Marriott before this trip, and this stay made me an even bigger fan. 10/10, highly recommend. I’ll definitely stay here next time I’m in Rabat.

The staff were friendly, but the stay was a letdown. This is the most minimalist Marriott we’ve stayed at. Traffic kept us awake, and bright lights from the stadium across the street came through the curtains. We were later told they were getting the stadium ready for a game in two days. We asked to change rooms and then discovered ours had no heat. Two maintenance guys were still trying to figure it out at 10:30 PM, so we asked to move and let them fix it later. The next room had no heat either, and they started working on that one on the spot. By 11 PM we were asking for another room so we could sleep. Near midnight, we were finally moved to a fourth room where the heater worked. The next morning they offered us something for a future stay. Given the rate, I’m not sure when I’ll be ready to try another Marriott. Something is better than nothing, but this wasn’t what I expected.
