Rent-Inn Suites Hôtel

The price was way too high for what they provide. I’d gotten a deal for 950 MAD per night with breakfast, but when I arrived they charged me almost 1200 MAD and breakfast wasn’t included. Avoid this place.

It’s tidy, though the hotel is showing its age. I wouldn’t recommend it in summer since the air conditioner doesn’t work smoothly.

The room had no air conditioning, and with no electricity at all we were boiling in the heat. After I spoke to the manager and staff, they refused to move us, refund us, or do anything to address it. We’d booked with high hopes and were treated terribly when we found there was no power. I have no choice but to give this hotel one star. The rooms, service, basically everything was terrible. Don’t spoil your vacation here. Save your money and stay away, or you’ll regret it.

When the restaurant is quiet, it’s a great place, and the music is really good. The staff are wonderful, especially in the evening, and they know how to treat customers. But some young people were smoking while we ate in an area where smoking wasn’t allowed. They also used foul language and showed no respect for the other guests, so I ended up calling the police.
