I was staying at this hotel for a public ministry training program. The receptionists were great, but the open buffet food wasn't what I expected. They didn't put out enough dessert for everyone, even though the ministry had paid. When I asked about mine, they said people take more than one, but I saw all my colleagues take just one portion. So I'm guessing an employee took some extra pocket cash. They also asked for an extra 25 dh for a bottle of water, which was very expensive.

I stayed here while visiting for the African Cup games. The staff, room, breakfast and service were all very good. Simple and ready to go. I recommend it.

The hotel sits in Old Rabat, close to the Medina market and museum, with good connections and nice cafes nearby. The staff and managers were friendly, and it’s a good property.

The location is convenient, with many tourist spots within walking distance, and the staff were friendly. But management made a room change a huge hassle: it took 72 hours, four calls, and two emails. The rooms feel outdated and had ants everywhere. There’s also a hotel nightclub playing loud music until 1:30 a.m., audible in every room. Stay away, this was a horrible experience and a waste of money.
