We found plenty of places to eat and spend time nearby, and the apartment was also a short tram ride from the main train station. It was clean and had a well-equipped kitchen, plus shower gel and shampoo/conditioner. The beds were extremely comfortable. At check-in, the staff member I spoke with was polite and spoke good English. The welcome message said checkout was by 11 a.m. and that the property would inspect the apartment before checkout. We needed to leave at 9 a.m. for a train, but the only WhatsApp number we had was unavailable that morning. I sent messages and videos of the apartment and contacted the agent before leaving, but checkout was delayed a little.

After a long overnight flight, I arrived at the hotel in Rabat, Morocco, and learned that there was no room despite my confirmed booking. Nobody was at the front desk to help, and no solution was offered. The situation was handled completely unprofessionally, and it seemed they'd sold our room to someone else. This was unacceptable and showed a total lack of respect for guests.

I was too tired to mention it and went straight to bed, but the room was really hot because the air conditioning wasn’t working. The hotel itself is nice, though it’s very expensive by Moroccan standards. The night staff were kind. 👏

Zouhir was friendly with everyone and made me feel like I mattered. Even when some guests got arrogant with him over the broken lift, he stayed polite and kind. Thanks for everything, Zouhir 🙏🏼
