The bed was comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was very good. We also appreciated the large terrace and sea view, if you look past the cemetery, and the electric heater, which came in handy on colder days. There were several problems, though. The place didn't look as good in person as it did in the booking.com photos. Our room had only cold water, and the bathroom was dirty and moldy. The kitchen dishes were in a similar condition, which made the stay less comfortable. There were ants throughout the room, and a tax was added when we paid even though it hadn't been mentioned beforehand. The terrace view over the cemetery was disclosed in the listing, but it was still a big negative for us.

It's a quiet spot at the end of the medina, about a 20 minute walk from Rabat Ville train station. The apartment has plenty of space and a great terrace for sunbathing, with a lovely ocean view over the old grave yard. I recommend it and would pay more to stay here if the owner improved a few things. The shower could be better and needs a curtain so it can be closed off. It would also be better with working wifi and TV, plus a washing machine. Still, it's an amazing location and a very good apartment.

There's a lot to fix here, though the location is very central and convenient, the staff are diligent, the wifi is good, and the terrace is large. The shower was broken and there was no hot water. A heavy cornice above the window was damaged and looked as if it could fall at any moment. Most concerning, the listing says the house is on the first line by the sea, but it isn't. A large, active cemetery lies between the house and the sea. The window and terrace look over the graves, and funeral processions pass below the windows several times a day. This place has potential, but unfortunately my stay wasn't the best.
