The apartment has a lot of potential, Mohamed, but it needs real work: repairs and a thorough clean. As of march 2025, it badly needed maintenance, and it was nowhere near the condition shown in the pictures. There was a strong damp smell, heavy humidity, and mold all over. I moved the beds together and found all kinds of dirt underneath. The extra blue blankets looked as if they'd never been washed, were stained, and smelled very bad. Even the bedside lamps had no bulbs. There was no way to heat the room, no soap in the kitchen, and no soap or champoo in the bathroom. The kitchen had hardly any utensils, and I wouldn't have dared touch them. It didn't even have a microwave, and the cabinets were falling apart. Wifi was okay, though it slowed down several times, which I assume was the provider's fault. The apartment is right beside a tramway stop, so you can get to the town center in 10 minutes for 60cents. There's also a daily street market on the streets behind it. Mohamed was a very nice host, attentive and good at communicating. Sorry, Mohamed, but the apartment needs work.

The host was very friendly, and I had nothing else to complain about. The kitchen is minimalist, but this surprisingly modern one room flat is in a picturesque neighborhood.
