Those last four nights of our Morocco trip, from 13.10.25-17.10.25, were a letdown. We wanted to enjoy the end of our holiday. The hotel sits right by the beach, which is fine, and the rooms are old but mostly clean. They look like they haven’t had investment in a while. The gardeners and cleaners do an excellent job. Every day, they clean the building floors, the outside areas, and the whole pool area. The waiters, though, gave us the worst service we’ve had in any hotel anywhere. We had to fetch our own dishes every day, no table was ever ready, and nobody greeted us when we arrived for dinner. At the fresh food station outside, we’d wait right in front of it and still be ignored while the waiters and serving ladies talked and lounged around. The food was okay for a day, but didn’t seem made with much care. One waiter was kind, a tall guy with curly hair. He was the only person who brought us water. Everyone else seemed to be on their phones or asleep. Hard to believe? Look at the picture. Most guests seemed to be locals or people visiting their homeland, I guess. Joggers, sandals, even a bathing suit at dinner, no one seemed to mind. Some five-star experience.

My stay at Belive Hotel Saïdia was a string of disappointments. It presents itself as a five-star hotel, but the common areas were poorly kept, and by evening the toilets were in a condition that felt unacceptable for any hotel. Cleanliness needs attention throughout. The animation team kept approaching guests and urging them to write positive TripAdvisor reviews. That made the hotel’s image feel artificial and dishonest. The service should speak for itself without that kind of pressure. I also overheard staff making racist and sexist remarks, which have no place in a professional setting. At the bar, a barman said a guest should get lots of ice in their vodka so it would mostly be water. It sounded disrespectful and unprofessional, and left me thinking the staff didn’t care. In general, they often seemed demotivated and unwilling to give even basic service. Management would need to address these serious problems and invest in proper training and supervision. Until then, this hotel doesn’t deserve to call itself five stars, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a quality stay.

The animation team made our holiday at BE Live feel so special. They kept adults busy with fun, energetic activities, and the kids loved the lively mini disco. There was always something happening, and they made sure everyone had a great time. Thanks for creating such a fun atmosphere for all ages!"

My wife stayed here with our 2 years old son, and the trip turned into a nightmare. She got food poisoning, with diarrhea, vomiting and nausea. Luckily, our son is safe so far. There were flies in the room, and pest control needs to be monitored all the time. This isn’t the first time the hotel has had a food poisoning issue, which is completely unacceptable for a place that says it’s family-friendly. Parents, be careful. Hygiene and safety should come first, but that clearly wasn’t the case here. I’d never recommend this hotel, especially to families with young children. Never again.

The entertainment staff are a real asset, energetic, committed, and great at getting guests involved. Simo especially deserves a shout-out. He’s an incredible person who can make everyone laugh and make each day special. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and well maintained, and the service was always smiling and helpful. I really enjoyed the stay. ❤️
